Kingston Wellbeing Service offers a range of treatment options to local residents who have problems with anxiety, depression, and/or substance misuse.
It provides a single point of access to assessment and treatment. This includes talking and behavioural therapies aimed at getting to the core of the problem and finding ways to overcome it.

How can someone be referred?
We accept self-referrals, so if you or someone you know would like to access treatment, please call 020 8274 3051 or email kingston.wellbeingservice@nhs.net.
We also accept referrals from GPs and other health and social care professionals. In addition, we have a 'drop in' assessment service for service users attending for substance misuse issues.
Can I use Choose and Book to arrange my first outpatient appointment?
Choose and Book is not applicable to this service.

Drug and alcohol treatment services: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Depression and anxiety services: Monday and Wednesday, 08:00-20:00; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 08:00-17:00
Transport information
Bus: 281, 406, 418
Rail: Surbiton Station (South West Trains)
Parking: Surbiton Station car park – parking is chargeable, Ewell Road – roadside meter parking
- Adults (aged 18 or over) who live within the Royal Borough of Kingston or have registered with a GP within the area
- Clients that suffer from depression and/or anxiety related disorders
- Clients who experience problems with drugs and/or alcohol
